Return and Refund Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.



Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if the items have been used or damaged after delivery.




Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you if the refund has been approved. 

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.




Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. 

We will send you a replacement or issue a refund for the item.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us can vary.
